Intelligence Bureau SA posted this video on Facebook, which shows a blue BMW being examined by traffic officers. The car has a custom made number plate hiding mechanism, allegedly being sold in South Africa to avoid e-tolls.
Intelligence Bureau has urged South Africans not to buy these, saying that "this is a serious offence, and will result in your car being impounded and a free trip to jail for the evening".
